IBLF is supported by over 100 of the world’s largest and most influential companies. As a business-led organisation, IBLF works closely with these corporate partners to implement corporate citizenship initiatives
through practical partnerships. IBLF works with its corporate partners to encourage vision, innovation and international leadership in corporate citizenship,
working on corporate strategy and implementation, managing hot spots, building management capacity, communicating and benchmarking.
Corporate partners can also engage through IBLF’s range of programmes and initiatives, on issues such as employee engagement,
youth entrepreneurship, health and wellness, human rights, anti-corruption measures, partnership practices, and tourism.
IBLF has three categories of corporate partners - Principal Supporters, Council Supporters and Programme Supporters. Principal
Supporters and Council Supporters commit to IBLF’s mission statement in two ways: through their business practices, and through
support from the chief executive or equivalent.

communications programme and have the opportunity to play a more direct role in organisational governance.
- Customised and intensive engagement plan agreed around critical business challenges and opportunities, reviewed on a bi-annual
basis, with quarterly feedback to CEO
- Access to output of high-level information and analysis
- CEO or equivalent board level representative invited to join the, the IBLF community of senior business leaders, to share
thinking in corporate responsibility and ‘business and development’ challenges and issues with informed peer group on a regular
and systematic basis, and to guide IBLF strategy.
- Customised CEO leadership and profile opportunities
- Option for that representative to join IBLF Board of Trustees, to agree IBLF strategy, oversee performance and contribute
to governance while they remain in that company leadership role
- Assigned relationship manager
Council Supporters
- Engagement plan agreed around critical business challenges and opportunities and reviewed on bi-annual basis
- Access to output of high level information and analysis
- CEO or equivalent board level representative invited to join the IBLF community of senior business leaders – IBLF Council
- to share thinking on corporate responsibility ‘business and development’ challenges and issues with informed peer group
on at least bi-annual basis, and to influence IBLF strategy.
- Assigned relationship manager
Programme Supporters
- Direct engagement in one or more specific activity, project, event, campaign or location
- Variable sponsorship levels and in-kind contributions by negotiation.
All Corporate Partners receive acknowledgement of their contribution, an annual contribution certificate, are referred to
publicly by IBLF in the appropriate category and are encouraged to report publicly their support for IBLF.
